3. Course Bookings
All course bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment or an agreed deposit has been received and acknowledged by Simlar Academy.
Simlar Academy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule bookings where necessary.
4. Course Fees
Course fees are displayed on our website and may be updated at any time.
The fee applicable will be the fee published at the time of booking.
All payments must be made using approved payment methods.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Training Materials
All course materials, videos, documents, mock examinations, guides, presentations, recordings, and learning resources remain the intellectual property of Simlar Academy.
Materials are provided solely for personal educational use.
You may not:
- Share materials with third parties
- Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
- Upload materials online
- Sell or redistribute materials
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
6. Online Learning Access
Where online access is included:
- Access is granted only to the registered learner.
- Login credentials must not be shared.
- Simlar Academy may suspend access if misuse is detected.
Access periods may vary depending on the course purchased.
7. Attendance and Conduct
Learners are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow learners.
Simlar Academy reserves the right to remove any learner whose behaviour is:
- Disruptive
- Abusive
- Threatening
- Discriminatory
- Harassing
No refund will be provided where removal results from misconduct.
8. OSCE Examination Results
Simlar Academy provides training and preparation services only.
We do not control NMC examination outcomes and cannot guarantee that a learner will pass any examination.
Success depends on individual preparation, attendance, engagement, competence, and examination performance.
9. Accommodation Support
Accommodation support may be offered to learners attending in-person training.
Accommodation is:
- Subject to availability
- Charged separately unless stated otherwise
- Not included within course fees unless specifically advertised
Simlar Academy reserves the right to change accommodation arrangements where necessary.
Learners are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
10. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Administrative charges may apply.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed training
- Missed sessions
- Failure to attend without notice

- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Loss of earnings
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation expenses booked independently by learners
- Examination fees charged by third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the learner for the specific service purchased.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Website Use
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Upload malicious software
